Owego Town Board Meeting minutes - October 7th

Judy Quigley reported that she has not heard back from Charlie Fahringer;  to draft Shared Services Agreement SSA - to cover the culvert replacement and snow plowing - Charlie to provide specific details for Little Meadows.  Then Judy will call public hearing per regulation. Dave Ferris to contact Charlie if required to follow up.
